Setup and support

Set up

1. Install and activate "Morimorida Talk & Shop" (WooCommerce required). The site must use https.
2. Settings → Permalinks: choose anything other than "Plain".
3. WooCommerce → Morimorida Talk & Shop: agree to the terms and start the free trial.
4. Sync products, then turn on "Show the concierge on the site".
5. Open your store, choose "Get product advice", complete the check and consent, and try a request.

Plans and billing

Buy or change a plan from the plugin screen. "Manage billing" opens the Stripe customer portal for cards, invoices and cancellation.

Microphone

Shoppers must start voice and allow microphone access. If denied, allow it in the browser's site settings and reload.
