Terms of service

These terms govern Morimorida Talk & Shop (the WordPress plugin and the cloud service, together "the Service") provided by 株式会社モリモリダ ("we"). By starting a trial or purchasing a plan from the plugin, the store operator ("Merchant") agrees to these terms. They do not replace the Merchant's own terms of sale with its shoppers.
1. Service
The Service receives the Merchant's published WooCommerce product information, suggests products to shoppers by text and real-time voice, and lets shoppers add a variant to the WooCommerce cart only after confirming it. Checkout, payment, shipping and returns stay with the Merchant's store. AI output may be inaccurate; prices, stock and product details must be confirmed on the product page and in the cart.
2. Trial, plans and limits
7-day free trial: 3 voice minutes, 30 product decisions, 1 concurrent voice session, up to 60 seconds per voice session. One trial per site.

When an allowance is used up the relevant feature stops until the next period. There are no overage charges.
3. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in Japanese yen through Stripe and renew automatically on the same day each month. You can change plans or cancel at any time from "Manage billing" in the plugin (Stripe customer portal). Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. After cancellation the plan remains usable until the end of the paid period and no further charges occur. Uninstalling the plugin cancels the subscription immediately. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
4. Merchant responsibilities
The Merchant is responsible for its product information, its store's terms and privacy notices to shoppers, and for keeping the connection key confidential. Do not use the Service for unlawful products, to collect shoppers' personal data, or in ways that overload or probe the Service.
5. Availability and changes
The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures of external providers or networks, limits, or abuse prevention. We may change or end features with reasonable notice; for material changes to paid plans we will notify Merchants in advance.
6. Limitation of liability
Except for intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the fees the Merchant paid in the month before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or for transactions between the Merchant and shoppers.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
